We are not a religious group, nor are we affiliated to any religion. We are a purpose-driven non-denominational Trust that provides a simple means for people to find true peace in themselves and their lives.
Our vision is for every member of humanity to be freely living their true nature. We aim to present a healing environment both on the internet and in a geographical location to help all those in pain to find their true nature and to begin to live this simple freedom; a space where people can come to rest and to relax, to receive healing, and to learn a simple technique of meditation that transforms lives. We would like to make this opportunity available to all.

For those of us who’ve been touched by the power of this simple awareness, there’s nothing greater or more beautiful. Happiness - true happiness - really is simple. And the best part is that it’s completely within your reach.
We would like to impart this simple teaching to as many people as are interested and so have established this website and have produced multiple resources to reach as many people’s hearts as we can. Ideally we would like to make all our resources free but that is not yet a reality. At this point, our intention is to give away half of these resources in whatever community outreach projects we undertake.
