E-Course Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

I started with the Master Level of your A Simple Shortcut to Inner Peace & Joy; Living Your True Nature™ E-Course. Is this the right place to begin?

This course is designed for people at all levels of spiritual development from beginner to advanced, but it assumes no prior knowledge.

What’s more, the level names are accumulative. This means that only when you have started at the Beginners Level and progressed through all of the levels to the Masters Level will you have reached that level.

In many ways it’s useful for the person reading the course, you, to also assume you have no prior knowledge, for this is a very good place to start. How can you be filled when you already believe that you are full?

A Simple Shortcut to Inner Peace & Joy; Living Your True Nature™ E-Course is unique in its approach. It both covers ancient ground and breaks new ground, giving you a simple but powerful anchor for your attention, enhancing your spiritual growth and guiding you through using this anchor to build up to living moment by moment in powerful inner peace. Therefore, I not only recommend beginning at the Beginners Level and working your way through the levels, but say that it is absolutely compulsory.

Even if you have read my old “How To” E-book in the past, please don’t assume that you can jump to the end of the course in any way. Again, only when you have progressed through all levels, from the Beginners first, will you truly understand the Masters Level.

Assume you know nothing, and use all the guidance and exercises sequentially.

Are all four of the audio meditations in the Audio Meditation Program 1 supposed to be used with the Beginners Level E-course?

No. Each of the levels includes one of the four A Simple Shortcut to Inner Peace & Joy; Living Your True Nature™ E-Course Audio Meditation Program 1 audios. So, with the Beginners Level you will use the Still-Point audio meditation, with the Intermediate Level you will use the Powerful Peace audio meditation, the Taking Responsibility audio meditation is to be used with the Advanced Level, and the Feeling Stuck audio meditation is for the Masters Level.

There will be more audios available for purchase at a later date for those who have completed all of the e-course levels.

Why is the ‘Feeling stuck’ audio meditation in the Masters Level rather than one of the earlier levels?

I have found with many people, including myself when I was wanting to simply live as my heart, filled with inner peace, that there are cycles that arise with practice. There are times when the motivation is there and you put everything into this living as your true nature, working towards your spiritual growth, and other times when the energy doesn’t seem to be there or there is a lull or plateauing out. Sometimes there is even a tendency to cruise and to feel that whatever it is you’ve been after you now have, and so you may feel like putting your feet up. It’s only later that you get to see that you have let go of your true nature and created more mess for yourself to clean up or sort out.

These cycles are natural, but with a bit of assistance they can be seen through and broken through more easily, because these feelings of stuckness are illusory. This audio meditation has been created to help you through these cyclical stucknesses to maintain your motivation. If this meditation was introduced too early, before you had the basic practices and you hadn’t begun to see these cycles for yourself, it wouldn’t mean much. By the time you have reached the Masters Levels you will have both the experience and the maturity to be able to use this meditation to greatest effect to help yourself push through any arising resistances and blockages that occur, therefore accelerating your living your powerful inner peace in your everyday life.

How can I best accelerate my progress towards being free using A Simple Shortcut to Inner Peace & Joy: Living Your True Nature™ E-Course?

It really doesn’t matter how fast or slow you progress. If you look for progress you will often become downhearted, confusing it with something concrete (ie your idea of what freedom should be, which can never be anything like what freedom actually is), so it’s best not to look for progress. You will however, see how far you have come and how different you feel, in hindsight.

Having said that, you will find that your ‘progress’ in becoming free and gaining inner peace can be extremely rapid using A Simple Shortcut to Inner Peace & Joy: Living Your True Nature™ E-Course. You will begin to see that your freedom is always right here in any moment. And you can be completely free very fast. The key is to put your entire spiritual being into the tools described in the e-course. Truly, the more that you put in, the more growth you will get out. It’s that mathematically simple, except that the results are exponential; you will always get out far more than you put in.

I would suggest that you go through the e-course thoroughly, reading and re-reading it. This can drive you mad sometimes, but it’s during these frustrating edges that the greatest spiritual growth can occur. I would also suggest that you use the audio meditations as often as possible and that you establish a regular daily practice as suggested. That will gradually increase the time you spend tuning in to your true nature and greatly accelerate your progress.
