Powerful Inner Peace Program™
Practical Guidelines
Each of the 13 Powerful Inner Peace Program™ E-course modules will provide you with invaluable pointers, tools, and practices, which when used diligently and regularly will lead you to the inner peace and fulfillment of your true nature.
The modules are strictly sequential and are divided into Four Courses. Each level specifically carries on and builds on the last level, so make sure that you BEGIN AT THE BEGINNING and continue in sequence.
The first Beginner Level guides you through to an intermediate stage of feeling understanding of your heart.
The Intermediate Level assists you to deepen and relax into living from this place and preparing you for living as your heart in life in a way that you can easily sustain for the rest of your life; truly creating the life you want.
The Advanced Level puts the icing on the cake, so to speak, and really helps you to create and to live peacefully as your heart in all aspects of your life.
And finally the Master Level aids you in consolidating your living as your true nature in the fullest possible way.

Apart from giving you the tools to easily live the freedom of your true nature, the advantage of this e-course program is that you can use it at your own pace and self-regulate the speed that you feel comfortable with. It is, however, recommended that in order to gain maximum benefit from it that you take some time with each level to really feel into what is being pointed to. This will help you to obtain the most benefit from the course and to gain an experiential grounding in the fundamental material before moving on.
It is important to take your time to fully absorb each level in this way, and then this process will help you to deepen into your heart in life gently and naturally. You will be building a firm foundation to live as your true nature in life. So put your whole being into this and enjoy!
All of the levels in the course are taken from the Powerful Inner Peace Program™ manual, which is enhanced by audio meditations that help you to intensify your practice and to familiarise yourself with, and relax more fully into, your heart.
The audio meditations have been created by me, Julie Sarah Powell, to assist you in absorbing the material in the course. Listening to the audios will multiply the benefits you get from this program as they will help you to drop below any mental knowledge and into this One that you truly are.
Beginner Course - Level Three, Advanced Course - Level Two, and Master Course - Level Two are where you will find the main instructions for establishing and integrating a new habit of tuning in to your heart. These levels in particular outline how you can take steps toward building up the time you spend on your relationship with your heart, starting with five minutes and adding any other available time that you can.
All of the other levels contain vital supportive material to these levels and are just as important to read and re-read.
In each level, the highlighted quotes are key points that summarise the essence of what is being discussed. These quotes can be focused upon and felt into if you choose. These will be available in an appendix at the end of each level for an easy at-a-glance review of these key points.
You will also find boxed bits throughout the levels that invite you to focus into the feeling aspect of your true nature in an experiential way. These are also worth spending time with as they will enrich your feeling sense of your heart throughout the course.
It is recommended that you progress deeply into each level as you are working with it by reviewing, re-reading, and using the quotes. You can also use the accompanying meditation audios as they arise, to relax more fully into your true nature.
