Testimonials

Here’s what others are saying:

Thank you for sending your regular considerations. I have found your messages to be consistently powerful, transformational, and inevitably they resonate with deep truth. In my experience, to come across spiritual teachings and universal truths with such simplicity and power is rare. While there are many who would be teachers, and who would sell programs and teachings and books, there are few whose work resonates with peace, love and power. This is what I often experience when reading your considerations, writings or recordings and I am grateful for the clarity and profundity of the work that you are doing.

Thank you and God Bless

- W.R. Knight, N.Z

I am graced to have come upon you, your teaching, and your BEING which is no more no less than my being and all that radiates throughout the physically manifested universe and beyond. I still have times when I identify with mind and body, however I inevitably return through conscious visual attention to the energetic experience of Being, which is the unitive essence of all I see and sense. I am abundantly grateful for the flowing of grace that brought you to me or vice versa.

- Peter, U.S.A

I sense/feel the deepening and opening of my fall into the heart of being and the practice of consciously coming back to who and what I am, through bringing heightened attention (visually) to things in my environment as they truly are, is becoming as much a natural process as breathing. I listen to the mp3s of your talks given at the True Nature Centre and it is as if I were sitting with you and in your actual presence.

– Simon, Germany

Thank you so much for sending me the wallpaper considerations every week; the pictures are beautiful and the words are profound. The spiritual teachings and universal truths coming through Elysha and Julie have shown me the freedom that I already am. Every day I play Elysha’s meditation CD over and over and it’s always fresh and inspiring. I feel so blessed. Thanks again.

- Chris Juarez, U.S.A

7 Steps To Living Your Freedom is a wonderful text outlining what is required to live one’s freedom, for oneself. Elysha and Julie describe with wonderful clarity how to use the tools that we already have at our disposal. If we wish to take full advantage, they are here to remind us what we already are and what we must do to consciously live it from one moment to the next. To live this freedom more and more is the greatest gift one can give oneself. This e-book, Elysha and Julie’s unwavering support and our commitment to be the heart, will simply have us living our freedom.

- Mike, Canada

I am trying to be something that cannot grasp what it is that I am. How many times have I read that on your site or in your emails? Yet its significance never struck me till just now. It is like gluing a pair of blinkers to my head and then complaining that I cannot see what is on my left and right. Idiot that I am… Thanks once more.

– Jeff, U.K

Thank you so much for all your books. I cannot express enough the profound support it gives me. No matter how many times I’ve read your material it is always fresh to me and I am always guaranteed to learn something that I haven’t learned before or have forgotten and even beginning to forget. At times a flash of deeper understanding that leaves a lasting impression. It’s a must have at all times. Next to my trusty camera, I never leave home without my True Nature book (A Simple Shortcut to Inner Peace & Joy: Living Your True Nature).

With all my love and thanks,

- Phu, U.S.A

Bless you, people, for putting this work on the web.
It is truly helpful in self-realization for everyone. Come what may, I am practicing the seven steps and enjoying more and more expansiveness… nothing that I can pin down by more words!

In Peace and prosperity

- Teresa, Canada

I just wanted to thank you guys, again, from the bottom of my heart (what an expression, huh?), for this strong, direct spiritual teaching that you are sharing – it seems to be taking a hold of my heart and creating much movement within/without, and ‘life’ is definitely stepping up to show ‘me’ the truth of these videos/teachings. Elysha’s presence comes through very strongly in the videos (for me at least). Love, love, love. Namaste.

- Gary, U.S.A

I’m very pleased to give a testimonial regarding 7 Steps to Living Your Freedom by Elysha & Julie. This book, plus Elysha’s meditation CD (which I listen to every day), the writings on the website, and all the videos I watched in the past on YouTube have been exactly what I needed to understand and realize what I am and what I am not. It is so simple, profound, and life changing. I am very grateful to Elysha for helping me to know my Self, who I truly am.

- Stephanie, Sweden

I enjoyed reading Elysha and Julie’s 7 Steps to Living Your Freedom very much. I have been using the “essence flowing” technique and it’s very cool. It just stops the mind and brings stillness. And it’s very easy to use – very easy to see if one is still holding onto a thought or choosing for essence. I like that simplicity and contrast a lot.

Now…as the steps go…to move from this place of rest in each moment is the next step. And it’s only a choice…nothing more complex than that.

I am also enjoying the “fortnightly consideration” picture as well.

With much appreciation,

– Kailasa Ishaya, H.K

Elysha and Julie’s books are companions to me. I read them slowly a few pages only per day. It is a meditation and it is a visit with a friend. I am not looking for results, but I cannot help but notice change. A change is taking place and it seems rapid. Yes it does creep up on you as if from behind, but you notice it suddenly yet quietly as though it has always been there. You notice that you have something you didn’t have before. It is suddenly available when you want it and you do want it. You love it. It is a flowering that will not be rushed so you learn how to look. Sometimes it’s not there but you know it is and just knowing that it is, is also it. I presume this is awakening into what is called “enlightenment”. Of course, I give thought to where this may lead but it is also true that what I have right now is a treasure.

- Roger, U.S.A

I read your report on 7 Steps to Living Your Freedom and I must say it was a wonderful read and just what I was looking for at the time, I felt much more connected within myself and had finally seen myself for the first time as I haven’t in a long time, I felt like I was at home again and it was a nice feeling. I will read it again and again and pick it up whenever I’m feeling down or not having a good day and this will bring me back to the truth of what is.

Thank you,

- Caroline, Russia

At last, a self realised One who can show us exactly how to come home with amazing clarity. Elysha draws and coaxes us back on track again and again, with such patience, ensuring we move rapidly into the being-ness of who we are. This is not an “about” spiritual teaching, it’s a direct entry into what IT IS that you really are.

– Jim, U.K

I have read Elysha’s e-Book Uncover Your Heart In Motion and read it daily to keep myself grounded in my Heart, otherwise the daily worldly interactions keep pulling one towards the world of problems and commitments to honour. I would love to not do anything and just remain in the peace of my heart which as you would say is possible even while being busy in life and I am trying to do that and improving.
The e-book was a great help in returning to the heart again and again. Bye and thanks

- Rajiv, India

A Simple Shortcut to Inner Peace & Joy: Living Your True Nature is an incredibly valuable and usable resource and guide if you truly wish not only to find, but to stabilize in the powerful peace of your heart; in the happy, natural flow of life. It is a true gift. Thank you!

- Peter, U.S.A

Thank you so much. It’s been months since Elysha replied to my lengthy email and I furthered my quest. There have been some good results and mainly negative ones. Personally I’m at the point of “fed up-ness” which I think is healthy. I can use that focus to use your method. I found Elysha full of inspiration but being a “technical person” I didn’t know how to implement the teachings (until I read the 7 step guide). It’s comforting to know this is not who I am as the mind really is perverse and sickening. I do not wish this mind on the “worst people on earth”. So thank you for doing this. Maybe one day I will be able to come visit you guys and sit in silence in your company.
I will keep you posted on my progress every now and then and I wish you the very best.

- Anwar, Palestine

Elysha has done more for me in 1 year than mental health professionals had achieved in 30 years. All this without him trying to do anything; simply through his BE..ing. Elysha’s lack of agenda and his trueness ensure rapid movement in all who are serious about being the heart. A Heart Master indeed!

– Paul, N.Z

As a practitioner who traveled from California, I am very fortunate to have found a true Heart Master who can guide me directly home in the quickest, clearest, and most uncluttered way. I am forever grateful.

- Phil, U.S.A

I find it difficult to express the changes that have happened since I began A Simple Shortcut to Inner Peace & Joy: Living Your True Nature, but it is enough to say that it has very much changed my life. It simply brings about a sense of contentment with the way life is. No matter what is happening, it is always here and it never changes. Aligning myself to that is a completely different movement from what I am otherwise used to. I am able to see this, and in seeing this, I am able to stay with it more and more. I am in love with this movement and the more I tune in, the more this love is nurtured and felt.

Thanks again.

– Mark, Canada

Just to let you know how much I appreciate all of you and I am getting it more and more every moment (I am unravelling) hard to put into words because there are no words for it. Love,

- Jim, U.S.A

With great reverence, respect, and gratitude I unconditionally support and recommend Elysha, his teaching and materials, as well as his web site to any and all who are truly open and receptive to his call to fall into and BE the heart that is the essence of all manifest existence and beyond.

– Bob, U.S.A

Julie’s e-course was exactly what I needed. There are no theories, flowery explanations, or grand statements. It is purely the heart being revealed to itself. The heart can easily be found here.

Thanks for this wonderful opportunity!

– Sean, Ireland

Wow. Thank you… It’s incredible how potent this feeling is. It’s intensely more powerful than anything I have ever felt. Yet it’s just another arising. Incredible… I realized that I was just “here”. It’s just here. There is nothing to do. It’s the constant looking around (outside of ourselves and inside of ourselves) that has us missing this. And at the risk of sounding cliché, the whole thing that is “me” just evaporated in that moment. Poof. Like it was never there. It’s just a bunch of thoughts. It’s not real. I was very relaxed and at rest “here” and I noticed that everything just kind of came and went from view. People were coming and going and as soon as they left my field of vision, they were forgotten. They were there only when perceived. That is, there was no effort made to remember them or to think about them in any way. It was incredible just to sit and watch the world go by. Anyway, I guess this marks the first “phase” of what you often teach… to find this “you” of you. It’s funny, because I thought that I was well past that months ago. Ha! I’m so very grateful for your email communication.

– Ted, U.S.A

If one truly seeks to be at home in the heart, then sitting with Elysha and Julie is surely the clearest most direct method to seeing and being your true nature. They draw you into the immediacy of the Heart through immense presence and abiding Love. From the first moment I sat with Elysha it was immensely clear that his spiritual teachings and universal truths cut through the bind of the mind, which leaves nowhere else to go. I am here to stay. With Love and Gratitude.

– Jennifer, N.Z

I would like to express my resonance with Elysha and Julie based on the validation and confirmation of my own experience and being of what they point to. The profundity yet simplicity of their message of who and what we truly are right now, and the prescription given to experience this for oneself through the power of attention through the eyes in this very moment, cuts through the ambiguity of most spiritual teachings/paths that many seekers pursue for years that tend to turn into decades in the hope that they may find the answer. With great reverence, respect and gratitude I unconditionally support and recommend Elysha, his teaching and materials as well as his web site to any and all who are truly open and receptive to his call to fall into and BE the heart that is the essence of all manifest existence and beyond.

– Portia, U.K

Elysha is a true Heart Master, whose only desire is to see the Heart incarnate. His guidance and constant reminding to return to the simplicity of this moment have changed my life. The peace and love which radiate from him are immense. His constant example of one at rest, in the moment, in the Heart is priceless. The simplicity of his teaching cuts through and the Bind of the Mind is released.

– Andrew, France

I am drawn to Elysha’s 100% presence. He is available every day at his ashram and he practices what he preaches. His attention is always there in the room – unwavering. His message is repetitive, unwavering and non-dualistic in its nature. The awakened state is available in this moment, there is no long path to walk – simply bring your attention to the eyes to the aliveness that flows through the eyes. It works for me until I forget, and when I remember it works for me again. Elysha doesn’t suffer fools lightly! However if your intent is to know the truth through being, rather than thinking of the arising, there’s no problem.

– Joyce, N.Z

My trip there to True Nature Centre, was the single most remarkable event of my life and it continues to bear fruit.

Many thanks,

– Gene, U.S.A

My search for reality, truth and Heart is over. Elysha is simply in constant Beingness and is available all day every day to those who wish to also Be the Heart. His presence constantly guides those who sit with him into the Heart. Such a One is rare and I am privileged to have found such a Being. There is nowhere else to go and nothing left to search for.

– Sue, U.K

Thank you very much for your support in helping me to realign my attention to essential no-thingness, especially as I find that some “arisings” have a way of taking on a seemingly compelling character (like what I am experiencing right now: going through a divorce, relocating, my old father being in hospital, and high work pressure). And I am grateful, for it could be much worse. Nevertheless, my focus on the heart in the here and now is being challenged indeed. So… many thanks again.

– Jaques, Luxembourg

I love reading about people like Julie, who have found their true nature; it always brings a smile to my face, joy in my heart, and encourages me to keep going in the right direction.

I also love and appreciate how Elysha talks about recognising awareness; especially when he talks about awareness as that which is looking through our eyes in the moment, in the here and now, that wonderful sense of energy that is there. I’ve been active in Great Freedom for about a year and a half; I love it, love the people, the teaching, and the teachers, and the one little practice, the one little change that one can take to open up a wonderful life and discover one’s true nature. Short moments many times until it becomes continuous. Those are short moments of awareness taken throughout the day and when afflictive states do arise, then just take a short moment of awareness rather than struggle with all the descriptions and stories that always come up. However, I also love your website because you are basically saying the same thing I believe. Awareness isn’t the goal; it is who we are. That is worth jumping for joy; don’t you think?

Again, thanks for writing and keep sending the emails. Warmest love and appreciation.

– Terry, U.S.A

Thank you for 7 Steps to Living Your Freedom. It summarises what is presented in greater detail in Elysha’s book Remember Who You Are, which I am also reading…

You may also be interested to know that the great Indian sage Ramana Maharshi gave similar instructions to one of his western disciples Frank H.Humphreys. I quote from his book page 19:
“Only ONE illimitable force is responsible for;
a. All the phenomena we see.
b. The act of seeing them.
Do not fix your attention on all these changing things of life, death, and phenomena. Do not even think of even the actual act of seeing them…but only OF THAT WHICH SEES all these things.”

He also mentioned that the results of this consistent practice will be evident within a few months. I have done this practice in the past but Elysha has inspired me to take it up again. Thank you.

– Sam Ruthnum, U.S.A

Elysha and Julie, your selfless dedication and service on this site is amazing. The dramatic growth I’ve found in my life has proved most powerful.

- Rics Rilllen

Julie and Elysha really know how to get to the point of it all. Thanks for all the material that you both keep putting out. You truly inspire me to not give up on myself and to keep going with my heart. Thank you.

- Karen

Elysha and Julie, you are very cool. It is so important to get support when on the spiritual path and you guys have been brilliant. The audios and videos that you’ve created are surprisingly good! I highly recommend them!

- Guy

Well, well…it’s nice to see progress isn’t it? Thanks Julie and Elysha. I know I can see progress that can be directly attributed to your advice. The effect on the brain is substantially changed. Synchronization of the two brain hemispheres and an experience of connection with the rest of the universe, accompanied by profound inner peace and happiness. Any kind of focusing will bring about a degree of brain synchronization, but your teaching works wonders. The greater the focus, the greater the synchronization, and the deeper the meditative state. All I can say is….”WOW!” I have been looking into brain synchronization A LOT lately so I see that “synchronicity” is at play again….hmmmm…. (finger tapping my lip)

- Hector

Thankx so much for putting this out Elysha! Your message thrills me with hope! Evidently you’ve got it and know how to put it out. This is something that people should hear a lot more of. Keep up the great job. Keep on inspiring the people!

- Dave Ruffus

It’s wonderful to have you on our side Elysha and Julie, haha!

- Fanny

When we’ve been hurt…When we’re confused, doubting, discouraged… it is a human inclination to avoid God at these times. I saw it very early in your Story of a Changed Life, Julie, that this inclination must be transcended. I simply want to be present to the Divine Spirit. So I’ve set myself to come to God, and be honest with where I am. Thank you for your inspirational example.

- Peter

I work at home and I’ve found your teaching to be invaluable in helping me to focus on my work and get much more done during my day. I tend to cut out from work and meditate more often, which clears my mind and I get more done in a shorter time. I plan on continuing to use your meditation mp3s every day and am super-grateful for your help.

- Oliver

I listen to your meditation most days and enjoy your videos before bed. That and your blog work wonders for me.

- Feras

I know this probably isn’t the right place to mention it, but Julie’s e-course is wonderful. It was plug and play, although I did need to put the audios onto my ipod. I love that you can work at your own rate and the emails seem to come just at the right time. I’ve used the audios to listen to while I’m cooking. It even works to listen to them in my garden. All around, a great course and highly recommended!

- Anny

I really love the idea that it doesn’t matter what process you use… none will really have its full effect unless you PRACTICE it. Well… I realized this not long ago with my own meditation. I realize that meditation is key, but I lack commitment. I have been meditating for three years but in that time I have not meditated more than one week continually. The benefits have never had a chance to truly manifest. I decided yesterday to truly begin. I will start next week with a new meditation mp3 and I am psyched! I really want to kick my unfolding into overdrive. I say unfolding, because I really do believe I AM all I have to be. I just need someone to help me with the instruction.

- Elin

Overall, I think your products are great. I buy it for simplicity, clear ‘no frills’ explanations and a method that works without much hassle.

- Simone

You guys make me smile every time I see you. Great job Julie on your books, and great job Elysha on the adorable videos!

- Dido

Heya! I know you guys are busy, so I’ll make this quick. Thank you! I am brand new to the spiritual search and I’m so lucky to have found you right away. Your recommendations and tips for living your true nature rock. Thankyou!

- Robert

There, Elysha, I’ve edited a link to your blog into my post. I enjoyed your book. I’m sure that Julie wouldn’t object to a review or two either, as her book was great as well.

- Mariam

Wow, I am stunned. I am in awe of your gift and the ability you have to draw someone right into what your pointing to. I am deeply moved by the way you express this miracle. You are amazing!

- Mochi

At times I am disappointed with the lack of quality in spiritual teachers. A lot of the strategies appear very unfavourable and extremely Egotistic. To start with there is absolutely no guide to being faith based. All it implies is that you have a larger awareness of daily life and you should achieve selected claims associated with an even bigger attention and maybe enlightenment. It is true to often bring steps prior to carrying out any non secular operations specially if there’ll be loads of energy. And So I would say thank you to Elysha and Julie for being different from all the other spiritual teachers out there. They say, go for it, as you already are. Provided you continue to do some preventive work and make certain that you persist with living what they teach you will find freedom. All is well.

- Laura

This site is really good. I do really appreciate you. It is true, I am here even as my mind goes on. I have not noticed it so clearly like this before. Thank you. Please keep sharing your wisdom.

- Jorj

Good reminder. I need this to be the first thing I read this morning. I can fool myself into thinking I am taking care of myself, but in reality I’m not. I need to exercise, go for more walks, love myself, be more open with friends and family, pray and give thanks more, be grateful and generate a lot more financial security in my life. Seems like a good to do list for today and every day.

- Aref

Wow. Yes. I am truly inspired. The yes is resonating in me right now. Thank you, thank you.

- Hiroko

Thank you very much for your articles. Something about them really touches my heart and brings me peace. I hope it carries into my life and brings me peace in times of trouble. God bless you guys for the work that you do.

- Keith

Great section of content. I just stumbled upon your True Nature Centre blog and it’s accession to assert what I know to be true. I enjoyed your posts and I’ll be subscribing to your feeds.

- Mandi

It’s clear that the importance of the Heart is becoming more and more clear throughout the world. Also interesting are the wide and varied ways people have developed to access the many dimensions of the Heart.

- Braulio

Your technique has a substantial effect on the brain. Every week I receive messages from my environment and this past week, amazingly it is… PRACTICE. I received many messages this week referring to PRACTICE and other meaningful references to it through the week and this note solidifies it for me. Wow!! I can see how it is really so easy to instil an attitude of practice. I really think it is all about attitude. I joined the gym six weeks ago saying that I just have to start. My physical person won’t change unless I start. Once I start I have to PRACTICE so it becomes a routine. It will NEVER become routine unless I PRACTICE… This is ultimately where I find myself at the current moment. I am trying to decide which practices I will recruit to become part of my daily routine. I know nothing is carved in stone and I will remain flexible through this process. There is so much in this post that I think I am going to have to review and repost once I take a deeper look into what exactly Julie has to say… For me personally, I think this is the deepest post yet!

- Arabella

Dear Julie and Elysha, Thanks for sharing your opinions openly! Sharing spiritual things and teaching spiritual truths. Your work is very effective. So, continue to share the blessings of the universe. God bless you!

- Maud

Dear Elysha, I know well about spiritual lessons I have not learned. It is 11 years since I accepted my spiritual path. There are many avenues I have been down and to find you is divine.

- Alfred

How is this picture of how life works not taught at school? Last I checked there was no age restriction on being free. They NEVER censor stupidity. Putting age-restriction on ANYTHING about this is almost like abuse. We have to then work at undoing what we’ve been brought up to believe! At least you are both here to remind us to WAKE UP and shake off the mental fog.

- Sonny

I have to admit that you, Elysha and Julie, are the very best writers of spiritual truth. Thanks for posting the great articles.

- Remedios

I was comfortable recommending the e-courses based on Julie’s reputation and her books that I’ve read, but it’s great to have gone through the course myself. It’s always better to receive a recommendation from someone who’s actually taken the course and I can wholeheartedly say it’s wonderful.

- Adelina

In her e-course, Julie covers the basics of meditation practice, including pointers on the still mind and preparing for meditation. There are also chapters on opening the heart and cultivating a compassionate relationship with life. Julie has helped me very much and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank her. Thank you!

- Jenny

I thank you very much for your work, Elysha and Julie. I do not know the things that I would have followed without the type of advice discussed by you. It previously was a very frightful crisis in my circumstances, but you treated the issue and forced me to leap with joy. I’m just grateful for your service and trust you know what a powerful job you have been undertaking teaching people today through your web site. Thank you!

- Lucja

You are fantastic. While many people welcome your treatment, others probably abhor it, primarily because they can’t face what is on their energy pathway. However, with your help all can be free!

- Harry

I’m impressed, I have to say. Really seldom do I discover something new about spiritual freedom that makes me inspired to continue the journey. Let me tell you, you’ve hit the nail on the head. Your blog is outstanding; this matter is something that not many people are speaking intelligently about. I am very happy that I stumbled across this in my search for inner peace.

- Neha

This is one of the deepest, most spiritual places I have found on the internet. It is beyond words; about nothing and about everything. There is the repeated, plaintive cry of two people living their freedom and a deep sense of clarity. The stillness resonates and builds to a feeling of resolution, light, colour and the after-life. Guaranteed to transport the soul. One can only hope such a place can be reached for me in this lifetime.

- Tina

It is so true. To have an attitude that is grateful is really great. You can look for the good in all things and be thankful for all things. I know that sometimes we don’t want to be grateful but I think those are the times we must show the most gratitude. God allows good and bad to help us grow and mature and we need to be grateful for all of it. When we get bogged down in ourselves we forget to be grateful for what we have. We need to always have the attitude of being grateful for all of our lives. Only when we can see the good and say thank you are we truly growing. Thank you!

- Chirag

I found Julie’s advice on developing the right relationship with troubling thoughts, feelings and sensations to be really helpful. For me, the highlight of her books is cultivating spirituality that explores the nature of self (or no-self). Traditional paths of awakening and the sensitive subject of finding a teacher (inner and outer), are also covered quite clearly. If one wishes to go more deeply into the practice of living your true nature Julie’s book concludes with chapters on how to nurture self-awareness while engaged in daily life and on how to use meditation for healing and performance enhancement.

- Freddy

Despite its one-size-fits-all title, A Simple Shortcut to Inner Peace & Joy is the best book on meditation I’ve read. At once subtle and comprehensive, spiritually sensitive yet pragmatic. Be prepared for an easy-to-read, good-humoured, and discerning guide on the journey of discovering your true nature through the ancient but timely art of meditation.

- Zander

I would like to thank you for the time you have spent in composing your blogposts. Your creative way of putting this wonderful information has inspired me to begin my own path to peace. Truly my heart is spreading its wings! Thank you.

- Pamela

I learn more from each of your posts that I read. Spiritual freedom can really be lived. I can almost not believe how simple this is. Amazing.

- Paula

When I feel low and the time on earth is no longer a joy to me I read your words and it’s like a well needed trip for me. God bless you in all you do. May you be comforted and cared for with strength in times of need and faith for you as these are what you give to me. I send you flowers for your soul to smell and birds to sing songs for your heart to fill. Sunshine and showers to grow your flowers, hope to carry on and victories where needed. Glad you are here

- Gloria

Keep up the good work. Thank you!

- Jairo

Julie’s e-course A Simple Shortcut to Inner Peace & Joy is also so thorough and well-versed that it is hard to imagine anyone who is interested in learning more about meditation not discovering something of value regardless of what sparked that interest in the first place. In fact, should someone with NO interest in meditation happen to pick it up, I think they would discover an interest in it. It’s that well done. The reader will find information on how-to, applications in everyday life and much more. All that is missing is someone to do the meditation for you!

- Pam

Julie’s book is a good start for anyone interested in meditation for any reason. The strength of this book is that it is non-denominational. While the author does cast light on the importance of meditation in all of the world’s religions, the meditation taught in this book is non-religious meditation emphasizing the use of meditation for all people. For anyone interested in learning meditation this is a good place to pick up your basic technique and no further study will be needed.

- King

Hi, I found this web site by mistake. As I was searching the internet due to the issue of feeling lost and alone in my spiritual quest, I can say your site is really helpful. I didn’t have that much time to read your post right now, but I’ve bookmarked it and also signed up for your RSS feeds. Thanks for an excellent site.

- Nathan

Hi, I am sure you realize it, but your statements here are exactly true. I am quite sure you have found your freedom, please continue to help me find mine. Regards,

- Thomas

Phenomenal work. So clear and helpful!

- Lottie

Elysha, you have the look of truth in your eyes. Sometimes it takes an eye opening event to allow us to read the words within our eyes. I seem to look every day, thinking I am seeing, but I now know better. What you have meant was look through our eyes to find our truths. It takes time to master, but if I keep looking, the eyes are the conduit to my soul, and at some point, I can no longer avoid understanding what I see in the mirror.

- Aliano

Thanks a lot for your posts. I’ve been searching for a long time and I wanted to demonstrate my appreciation for your website, because it is really inspiring. I’ll be back and definitely will send my pals.

- Cat

There are an incredible number of books on meditation, but Julie’s e-course comes from the most broad perspective. She covers meditation in an unbiased way and tells you step-by-step how to do it, simply. Meditation is valuable, scientifically-validated, and good for your health, both psychological and physical. This is a practical handbook anyone can use to learn to meditate, delivered in an interesting, easily-accessible format. I recommend it highly.

- Hiroko

Great work! This is the type of spiritual message that should be shared around the internet. Shame on Google for not positioning it higher! Thanks =)

- Maria

I must admit when it comes to Elysha’s album ‘LionHeart’ I am more than a bit biased. Too few people know how good it is at reminding you of who you are. I find it a truly magical experience. What truly inspired stuff. I know. I was here.

- Avery

I really enjoyed this website. It proved to me that I am here!

- Juliana

Thank you for the treat! Thankx for taking the time to discuss your true nature, I feel strongly about it and enjoy learning more. Your blog is extremely helpful for me. Two thumb up for this post!

- Dennis

I love julie! I ordered her e-course and I’ve been wanting to order ‘A Story of a Changed Life’ for my mom but haven’t bitten the bullet yet.

- Ram

Hi. I wanted to drop you a quick note to show my thanks. I’ve been following your True Nature Centre blog for a month or so and have loved the method you’ve shown all through your site. I am making an attempt to live my true nature. Thank you.

- Amy

I love you to the moon and back, Elysha and Julie. Last year I felt God’s call to become a foster parent. Our first little girl was on our doorstep three days after we got licensed- she was 7 weeks old. This sweet little girl is now 15 months old and SO loved. We have faith that God is in control, but I love this website because even though children may come and go my love for them which is so deep will always remain.

- Danielle

Your website has been so helpful to me over these past years. I find myself dropping deeper into joy and ease in my life. Thanks for keeping me sane and on the right path to staying here.

- Dillon

Thanks Elysha.

Julie’s eloquent, insightful book thoroughly explores the simple yet subtle art of meditation. While user-friendly, it’s also written with a wisdom born of the author’s many years of direct experience as a meditator and teacher. A Simple Shortcut to Inner Peace & Joy covers a range of subjects with humour and grace, from basic instructions to the discovery of our most profound spiritual depths. Julie clarifies what meditation is (and isn’t) and offers a number of compelling reasons to adopt this advanced technology for the mind and heart. She also traces the historical roots of meditation and describes the important foundations of motivation, attitude, and beginner’s mind, which ensure a fruitful practice. It’s everything I ever wanted in a ‘how-to’ book on spiritual freedom. Thank you

- Xavier

I just want to say I’m a beginner on the spiritual freedom path and really savoured this blog. You have certainly written some exceptional article content. Thank you for sharing your wisdom.

- Tyson Ragus

I am impressed! I have been looking for such a clear understanding of spiritual freedom for a very long time. Thank you so much.

- Darren

Elysha and Julie are amongst the best spiritual teachers I have found in my worldwide search. It’s a shame I can’t visit you in the UK. I would love to sit with you at some point though. Ultimately, these great meditation teachers advise that the best attitude to take toward meditation is an open mind, completely free from all preconceptions and expectations. I endeavour to live this and your help is irreplaceable and priceless.

- Kathryn

Now is the best time to make some plans for the future and it is time to be happy. You have shown me that NOW is all there is. I can’t read that enough. Thanks.

- Deborah

I have to show my thanks to you just for rescuing me from some incorrect beliefs. After checking throughout the internet and getting meditation tricks that were not powerful, I thought my entire life may as well be over. Being alive without the presence of the divine in my life made it empty and I felt alone. You’ve fixed that for me with your website. Your expertise and kindness in handling almost everything was useful. I don’t know what I would have done without you. I can now look forward to my future. Thanks so much for your help. I would recommend your website to anyone!

- Alysa

It’s truly an honour to run across your content on living your true nature. You are both clearly knowledgeable on this topic with unique views to share. I will continue to read more of your work and begin to live freely in my life.

- Jackie

I simply want to say what a delight it is to find someone who really knows what they’re speaking about on the subject of spiritual growth. Elysha and Julie definitely know how to help people to clearly see who they are and to begin living that. It is so important for people to learn this and then the world can change. You guys have the gift. Thanks for sharing.

- Terrence

One of my first meditation teachers, Julie Sarah Powell, counsels that the goal of meditation is not to accumulate knowledge, learn something new, or achieve some special state of mind, but simply to maintain this fresh, uncluttered perspective. Thank you Julie for making it all so clear.

- Glen

Awsome and right to the point. Thank you

- Florencio Hosford

Oh my goodness! Incredible! Many thanks,

- Forest Falconer

Thank you for your thoughtful article on addiction. It made me cry. That is exactly what I am going through. I am addicted to money or the stuff money can buy to end the pain. I have decided to never have credit again except for one credit card with a low limit. I just want to be happy… and I know that will never come outside myself. Thank you for both your dedication to truth. I am going to save up for the E-Course. May you be blessed

- Lou

What I don’t understand is how you’re not actually much more well-known than you are right now. You are both so clear. I am so happy to have found you and hope to spread your name far and wide. Thank you!

- Jenifer Sheffey

You are my inspiration, thank you.

- Wyatt Fenney

I consider something truly special in this web site.

- Paul

Really good meditation, thank you for sharing

- Magda

Thank You for excellent articles Julie, and indeed You and Elysha both for all of your excellent writings, recordings and considerations. I am deeply moved each and every time I partake of your messages, and there are few teachers of whom I can say that. God Bless

I think meditation is a miracle that is one of the best resources for self healing. I like how this site on meditation is delivered – in a clear, light-hearted and practical way. Thanks

- Stefan

This is a smart blog. I mean it. You have so much knowledge about spirituality, and so much passion. I’ll bookmark it and visit regularly. Thanks.

- Edna

Hey, your posts have inspired me! – I love the way you directly get to the point, and then work outwards. I’ve been trying to figure what to do that would allow me to do exactly the same thing. Now I know.

- Terri

I’m very interested in what you wrote. I’m not into ‘spiritual discovery’, I actually come from a Christian background and for years I attended mass on Sundays long after my parents persuaded me.
I’m finding that there are many roads to discovery and essentially they are all going in the same direction. This new journey I’m embarking on has a lot to do with the loss of my wife and the internal struggles I’ve had with dealing with that pain.
Thank you so much for your site. I’m a regular visitor and appreciate your writings.

Such great stuff Elysha. Always brings me back to my “mission” when I get sidetracked. This is why I read your stuff every day, and listen to the MP3′s too, daily. Much love to you and Julie

- Erik

God bless you

- Adrian Kertesz

It’s fantastic, period. I’m taking my time with it and rereading, plus meditating with Julie and Elysha’s MP3′s and with myself daily, plus reconnecting as much as I remember to. Thank you x1000 My love to Elysha and Julie for all your work. In the last few years I have become aware of who I Am, more and more.

- Erik

Hi Julie, I just finished reading Remember Who You Are today. I plan to buy the Shortcut to Inner Peace & Joy E-Course, but I’m on a VERY limited fixed income (which is why I live in Morocco now, instead of California!) and won’t have any more money to spend until next month. It’s not that I don’t want to spend the money or that I don’t think my heart is important, it’s just that I can’t spend what I don’t have. Thank you for everything that you’re doing and I am really looking forward to also reading your book in the near future.

- Renee

Thanks for this, Julie – your wisdom is appreciated. I can see that I live my life like this. Here’s how it goes: I observe that I function badly and feel low if I don’t get to bed on time. So in the evening my mind tells me to go to bed early so I don’t feel tired and useless the next day. Left to what I would naturally do, I would stay up to say 1 o clock every night and get into a cycle of feeling overly tired every day, which tends to happen. So here’s my dilemma – it would be nice to just let go of the control of bedtime, but I have to get up at 7 every day to get my little girl to school on time – but without deciding to go to bed on time, I feel like a wreck – how would I let go of control like you suggest but still keep my work/family life sane? Cheers Julie – your advice is always appreciated and useful,

- Andy

Dear Friends, I love reading what you write because I can see that is what’s looking is really who I am. Because of this seeing, I know deep down that my search for happiness, wisdom, understanding, and joy is already accomplished. Just to stop for a moment, repeatedly until it becomes a steady realization is such a profound act but it is so simple so many just miss it! So thank you so much for your writings and it’s easy to see that the love you have for others is genuine and is so beneficial to us all. Much love and appreciation

- Terry Myhren

Dear Elysha, Thank you for practicing random acts of kindness, for touch people’s lives with hope and enlightening hope. That is why I came here to learn and grow. To be compassionate, to touch a person’s life. I am truly grateful to find your website through Twitter.

- Kathleen

Thanks Elysha

- Lunaya

Beautiful Elysha. Being at rest as my heart feels as if I am moving through life with my hands open. Not having to hold on to anything is such a joy of being alive. Thank you.

- Phu Tran

WOW I understand. It’s a bit confusing at first but once you actually control the moment of thought it’s easy to understand. Good content keep up the good writings.
